![]() Don't worry, there are many ways to stop Anxiety Attacks. Most people who have their first anxiety attack find it truly frightening. I thought I was having a heart attack, which seemed strange being a 32 year old woman. Then again, smoking heavily, liking the odd glass of wine and doing little exercise could well have led to one. It was no heart attack though. I found out soon after that it was an anxiety attack. I’d never had anything like it before. Why was this? My parents had never suffered from one. I didn’t even know anybody else that had. So why did it happen? There’s no definite answer to this but after researching a little, a few things could have caused it. My marriage was on the rocks; my sister was badly injured in a car crash and my parents moved 800 miles away to retire. This seemed the most reasonable explanation. Losing loved ones and a dramatic change in my life all at once could well have been the reason. After a few more attacks, I was determined not to let this ruin my life; my parents had always taught me to be strong. I researched more in depth to find cures, causes and other people’s experiences. There would be people out there who had suffered attacks for years, not just a handful like me. I looked into things from doctors, therapists, medication courses and gave them a try. None of them worked. The attacks were getting me down by this stage, and I was beginning to think nothing would work. Then I found Panic Away after reading some success stories. I was dubious at first and thought ‘another gimmick’ but after looking into it, I found it helped me understand the true nature of panic attacks, which were the worst and best foods to eat, and much, much more. I now live my life to the full without the stress and worry of whether I’m going to have another anxiety attack and feel so much freer. I’m back to the way I was before the attacks and they’re now just a distant memory. Click Here or on the image below to get the information that stopped my attacks
