But, most people don&#8217;t know that you don&#8217;t need to be a confident person to display yourself as a confident person. Its just a matter of fake it until you make it. </p>
<p>However, you can&#8217;t just fake your confidence. You must know and apply the tricks used by confident people when they are meeting new people. Here are some of the tricks:</p>
<p><strong>1. Change the way you carry yourself</strong></p>
<p>In order to display strong confidence, change yourself. Dress nicely. Walk confidently. Adjust your posture. It should be noted that your body language is important in portraying your confidence to others. </p>
<p>If you walk, sit, and talk with confidence, other people will assume that you are a confident person. So, you should change yourself &#8212; your look, appearance, and body language.</p>
<p><strong>2. Just be quiet and be calm</strong></p>
<p>If you want to display strong confidence to other people, you just need to watch the way you talk. Most people will talk about anything that they know, even though they are not important. Confident people will just be quiet and calm. </p>
<p>You should speak only what is necessary. This quiet and calm attitude may well be translated as strong self-confidence by other people.<br />

<p>The most important thing in any conversation with others is making eye contact. It will display your confidence to the other person. Most people with lack of confidence will avoid eye contact as much as necessary. You wonít. You want to make an eye contact constantly and continuously. You donít stare the other person, though. Just making the eye contact is enough to display your strong confidence. </p>
<p>Remember, when you talk with other, look at the eyes.<br />

5. Shake hand firmly</strong></p>
<p>When you met new people, the first thing you will do is shaking their hands firmly and without hesitation. If you can do this, you will build a good first impression and portray a confident attitude in your first meeting. </p>
<p>Actually, shake hand alone is not enough. You need to shake hand firmly, make eye contact, and smile. Those are the perfect recipes to display strong confidence in your first meeting.</p>
<p>Those tips can help you to display strong confidence when you meet new people. It is always best for you to fake your confidence if you donít already have one instead of displaying yourself as a nervous person. By practice, it will become your habit to project high confidence level to other people.</p>

<p>However, most people do nothing with their current feeling, and they choose to dwell in their problems deeper. Some people use a different route, though. They will try to make their day brighter and change their bad feeling into the feeling of joy and happiness. If you want to make your day brighter, these tips might help you to create happiness in a bad day:</p>
<p><strong>Make your skin looks brighter</strong></p>
<p>Why making your skin looks brighter can make your day brighter? Just look at the mirror. If you see someone that have a dull skin, bad-looking dress, then guess what? You will get bad feeling instantly. </p>
<p>Developing good appearance is important to keep you in high happiness state. Now, if you just look at the mirror and see someone that have a bright skin, wide smile, and cute face, will that make your day brighter? Obviously!</p>
<p>So, what will you do to make your skin looks brighter? Itís easy. You just need to do three things. </p>
<p>First, change your bad dietary habit into good dietary habit. It means you should eat more fruits and vegetables. Second, you can exercise daily and regularly to keep your body fit and healthy. Third, you should have enough rest. Thatís it.</p>
<p><strong>Share your bright smile with others</strong></p>
<p>Smile is the greatest catalyst to make your day filled with happiness and enthusiasm. If you can share your bright smile with others, you will surely have a brighter day no matter how gloomy you are. </p>
<p>If you are feeling gloomy, smile can instantly flip your mood. Just try it. Give your widest smile in front of the mirror and you can feel the real sensation of joy once you do it.</p>
<p>Now, even though you feel bad, you should still spread your smile to others. Of course, your smile might be a forced smile at first, but it is better than having grumpy face. It will take only few moments to get your smile to come out naturally.</p>
<p><strong>Share your help with others</strong></p>
<p>Helping others is one thing that can make you feel better. If you already know that smiling to others can make your day brighter, sharing your help to others will make your day even more special. But, you can always refresh your day by lending your hand to help others who need your help.</p>
<p>If you have many troubles, helping others will make you to feel better and you can always do it anytime. Whenever you feel bad, help others. It will uplift your mood and change your feeling almost instantly.</p>

<p>Most people have the same problem in handling their priority. Thus, they become unproductive or less productive. Follow the tips below to boost your productivity with less effort.</p>
<p>1. What you are doing now? If you are doing something that not in harmony with your goal, then you are unproductive. Recognize the type of activity you are doing now and change it as necessary.</p>
<p>2. Turn-off all distractions. Distractions can prevent you from achieving your goal. They may cause you to procrastinate from what you should do. So, turn-off all distractions such as TV, email, Twitter, Facebook, and anything that prevent you from being productive.</p>

<p>10. Use technology to help you. Now, writing a document can be done easily with various word processing programs. Imagine fifty years ago. Writing a document was something that is harder to do than today. So, use the technology to help you to work efficiently and effectively. </p>
<p>Of course, it needs a good practice to apply the tips above in your life. But, by giving some efforts and determination, you can accomplish more without producing more sweat.</p>

<p>Many people suffer every day from a fairly hidden disability,  anxiety and panic disorders. These disorders can manifest very  differently from one person to another, but symptoms often include  feelings of apprehension or dread, jumpiness, excess sweating, shortness  of breath, increased heart rate, and trouble concentrating.</p>
<p>An  otherwise healthy person can be completely debilitated by these  feelings. Anxiety disorders can affect someone&#8217;s ability to work or even  function normally. However, there are some tips for controlling anxiety  attacks to allow someone to enjoy life more and live normally.</p>
<p>Of  course, if anxiety attacks are debilitating and causing someone to  consider harming themselves or others, professional help should be  sought immediately. Otherwise, the first step to controlling anxiety  attacks is to identify that an attack is beginning. Many times if a  person is able to recognize an attack by early onset symptoms, they may  be able to take a few deep breaths, remove themselves from the situation  or reach out for help from a friend or family member and avoid a  full-blown attack.</p>
<p>Another tip for controlling anxiety attacks is  to have a positive mantra. During an anxiety attack, it can be very  difficult to recognize that there is no real danger and this will cause  an attack to spiral out of control. A positive mantra can help ground a  person and remind them that the attack is temporary and nothing to fear.  For example, repeating something like &#8220;I am strong and will survive  this&#8221; aloud or even silently can help them gain control of their  breathing, slow their heart rate and calm down.</p>
<p>Relaxation  techniques and exercise can also be quite effective for controlling  anxiety attacks. Many people have found relief from the practice of  yoga. Yoga requires a person to learn how to control their breath, body  and mind. This is extremely important because during an anxiety attack, a  person often loses control of these three things. There have also been  positive results from simply introducing exercise as a daily routine. It  is thought that having an outlet to work out frustrations and increase  endorphins will reduce overall stress.</p>
<p>Finally, therapy will help a  person gain control over their anxiety disorder. There are many  different techniques used to treat people based on the type and severity  of the disorder. For some people, exposure therapy is the fastest and  most effective treatment. As the name implies, this simply involves  exposing themselves to triggers that cause attacks. For someone with  mild anxiety, this can often be done on their own, but for more severe  cases, exposure therapy should only be attempted under the care of a  trained therapist. Another type of therapy is hypnosis. This is said to  reach a person&#8217;s unconscious mind to reduce stress and anxiety.</p>
